All clients receive a complimentary consultation prior to their appointment to discuss their needs. Skin test required 48 hours prior to all colour appointments.
REUBEN
After completing training in 1998 for Toni & Guy in London, Reuben went on to both work and teach for the company, before making the decision to start his own business and open his own salon at the age of twenty four. Reuben Wood Hair & Beauty opened in 2004 with an aim to providing Reuben a space in which he and his team could explore their creativity, as well as offering a constantly discerning service for their clients.
Alongside his Manchester business, Reuben has consistently worked as a session stylist in London, New York and Paris. Assisting top fashion hair stylists such as Eugene Souleiman and Martin Cullen. Reuben broadened his editorial experience and used these jobs as an opportunity to learn even more skills and techniques.
ANGELA
Angela has accumulated over eighteen years worth of colour experience. She has worked both internationally and in the UK, and has a L’Oreal Colour Specialist Degree. A 2014 finalist in the L’Oreal Colour Trophy, she has also won or been a finalist in numerous other colour technician competitions and has trained Reuben Wood staff in all aspects of complex colour techniques. Angela was also a key and well respected educator for Toni & Guy Manchester Academy and specialises in highly technical colour correction, foil highlights and all types of pre-lightening, and directional fashion colour. Her clients remain loyal to her because of her excellent reputation as a colourist, her knowledge and expertise, and the fact that the quality of her work speaks for itself.

Hey everyone , let me introduce myself. I’m Dominik , I have been hairdressing for the past 20 years. I love all aspects of hairdressing. Cutting , colouring & hair extensions. DARCIE

Darcie started her hairdressing career in the heart of central London where she worked for one of London’s most prestigious salons Brooks & Brooks. After completing 8 successful years in London, she has now joined the Reuben Wood team in Manchester. When Darcie’s not in the salon she is doing hair for fashion editorials, TV and advertisements. Having worked back stage at fashion week and been lead hairstylist herself she has a good visual taste. With a hairdressing award from Creative Head in 2017, and also qualifying as a L’Oréal ID Artist. Darcie loves to give a bit of personality to every haircut – especially bobs, fringes and pixies!

Hi everyone , Im Hayley. I have 22 years of hairdressing experience. I specialise in all things colour and cutting. I have a L’oreal Colour Degree that i completed in 2022. I specialise in balayage whether its bold or lived in. My passion is creating dimensioning natural vibrant hair from blonde to bronde or brunette.
